Tony Almatti has been working in the marketing and sales industry since 2006. Tony started their career as a Researcher - Intern at Dar Al-Fath Research & Publishing in 2006 and then moved on to become an Inside Sales Representative at Dearfield Associates in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Copywriter and Translator (Arabic-English) at Quality First Group and an ESL Teacher (mostly part-time) at AMIDEAST. In 2010, they joined Smart Cube Information Technology as a Marketing Intern, then moved to Sales Executive and then Sales Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Finastra, and in 2014, they founded and became the CEO of KindMeals. In 2015, they became the Head of Marketing & Growth at Discountmags.com and grew the company to become the 2nd largest online magazine subscription retailer. In 2021, they became the Director of Marketing at theSTUDIO, where they led 2 Marketing teams across separate divisions of the company, reported to the CEO, and worked closely with sales, product, and development teams.

Tony Almatti completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Jurisprudence (Pre-Law) from the University of Jordan between 2004 and 2009. In 2010, they obtained a CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) from the University of Cambridge. In 2016, Tony completed a Full Stack Web Development Coursework from freeCodeCamp in the field of Computer Software Engineering. Tony also attended Woodinville High School in Woodinville, WA (USA). In addition, Tony has obtained various certifications from 2017 onwards, including Google Ads (Adwords), Analytics IQ & GTM from Google, Salesforce Trailhead Courses from Salesforce, Build. Measure. Learn. Lean Startup SXSW 2012 from Udemy, Inbound Certification from HubSpot, Leadership Breakthrough Camp 1 and 2 from Rapport Leadership International, Challenger Sales Training Course from CEB (now Gartner), BayGroup Situational Negotiation Course from Corporate Visions Inc., Demo2Win!
