Prior to that, they held positions at Shelter Scotland, Carr Gomm, and CrossReach, where they demonstrated proficiency and growth in various roles related to organizational development and administration.
Jessica Chan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh in 2006.
