Rebecca Connor has extensive experience in fraud operations and claims handling. Currently serving as a Fraud Operations Team Leader and previously as a Fraud Investigator at THG since November 2020, Rebecca has honed skills in addressing and mitigating fraudulent activities. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Direct Line Group from August 2019 to November 2020 as a Claims Handler, where valuable insights into claims processes were gained. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Lincoln, earned between September 2016 and September 2019.
