Richard Gill

Richard Gill has extensive experience in engineering and development, primarily within The Hut Group (THG) since November 2012, where Richard has held multiple roles, including Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Tech Lead. Notable achievements include leading the integration of frontend and backend teams during a significant restructure in 2018, managing a team for agile development tasks in 2017, and serving as Lead Developer for the International Rollout project, which successfully launched over 50 subsites in 43 countries. Prior to THG, Richard worked as a UI Developer Designer at Lavastorm Analytics and as a User Interface Designer at MDS. Richard earned a BA (Hons) in Digital Arts from Liverpool John Moores University between 2004 and 2007.
