Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent for Tech, Ingenuity, Finance, and Central at THG. Previously, Stephen held various roles at Digital Gurus, including Talent Manager and Senior Talent Partner, and worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Additionally, Stephen has experience as an Event Organiser at Digital North and as an IT Support and Infrastructure Consultant at Oscar. Stephen began a career in education as a teacher at Randstad after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Coach Education and Sport Development from the University of Bath and a PGCE in Secondary Education from Edge Hill University.
