Prior to THINK Gas, Poornima worked at H-Energy Private Limited as Manager of Origination, Trading & Marketing (LNG) from April 2015 to March 2019, and at Gujarat Gas Company Limited (BG Group) from May 2009 to March 2015 as Associate Manager. Key responsibilities included business development, customer relationship management, and conducting market research. Poornima began a career as a Market Research Analyst at Evalueserve in 2007. Poornima holds an MBA in Oil & Gas from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara College, also part of Delhi University.
