Bharti Sharma

Bharti Sharma is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and law. As the Founder of think8 since November 2021, Bharti has been leading innovative initiatives. Previously, from September 2022 to February 2025, Bharti served as the Global Distribution & Strategy Lead for Private Wealth and in Family Office & Institutional Sales at Zerocap. Bharti also held the position of Partner at Socratic Leader Academy from August 2017 to October 2021. Early career experience includes work in Capital Markets at Linklaters from March 2010 to June 2017, with notable secondments to Singapore in the India Practice and to Lloyds Banking Group within Treasury. Bharti holds a BA/LLB degree from the University of Technology Sydney and is an alumnus of Pymble Ladies' College.
