Abby Imrem

Abby Imrem is an experienced Learning Experience Project Manager and Content Strategy & QA Specialist at ThinkCERCA since April 2021, where direction of content production workflows for a SaaS learning platform has been key to ensuring quality and scalability for a global audience. With a strong background in education, Abby has served as a Learning Experience Designer and Program Manager at Chicago Public Schools since August 2001, focusing on the design of culturally responsive curricula for over 10,000 learners. Previous experience includes roles as a Strategic Advisor and Multilingual Content Specialist at McGraw Hill, where oversight of multilingual content QA and localization was crucial for digital learning products. Additionally, Abby has contributed to the National SEED Project as a DEI Facilitator. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Colgate University and a Master of Arts in Education from DePaul University.
