Tom McNamara

Tom McNamara currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Unitek Learning, focusing on innovative nursing programs to address workforce shortages in healthcare. As a board member of ThinkCERCA and Risepoint, Tom advocates for partnerships that enhance nursing education. Tom has extensive experience in healthcare education, including roles as Operating Advisor at The Vistria Group, Founder and CEO of Nuro Retention, and Chief Operating Officer at West Coast University. Prior leadership positions include President of American Career College and Contemporary Forums, where Tom drove significant growth and repositioning efforts. Tom's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance from Dublin City University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from South East Technological University, complemented by a Fellowship from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
