Katerina Graham

Katerina Graham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support operations and client management. Currently serving as Director of Support Operations at Thinkific since February 2017, Katerina has held various roles including Senior Manager and Project Manager focusing on customer success. Prior to Thinkific, Katerina worked at Marchex, managing enterprise client accounts and generating significant annual revenue while fostering strong client relationships. Additional experience includes positions at Amazon.com in digital video product development and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as an administrative assistant. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University and studied at Florence University of the Arts.
