Ryan Poznikoff

Ryan Poznikoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management and marketing optimization. Currently serving as the VP of Growth at Thinkific since February 2022, Ryan previously held the same role at Sortly from February 2021 to February 2022. At Hootsuite, Ryan advanced through several positions from September 2013 to February 2021, including Senior Director roles in Product Growth and Growth Revenue and Marketing, as well as Director of Growth Marketing Optimization and Senior Manager of Conversion Optimization. Earlier in the career at WiderFunnel Marketing Optimization from April 2009 to September 2013, Ryan contributed as a Conversion Strategist and Account Manager, focusing on optimizing conversion rates and delivering ROI for clients. Educationally, Ryan holds a BBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from Capilano University, as well as experience from Selkirk College.
