Earlier career highlights include positions as Assistant Director at the Department of Agriculture and Business Analyst at AVIS, where Charmaine also served as a Salesforce Administrator. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management and a degree in Information Technology from the Vaal University of Technology, along with a Graduate Certificate in Management.
