Raluca Lupasteanu

Raluca Lupasteanu is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Project Management Practice Lead and Product Owner at Thinslices since January 2022, after holding various roles at the same company from April 2013 to December 2019, including Delivery Accountable, Project Manager, and Scrum Master. Prior to Thinslices, Raluca worked as a Happy Development Officer at Hppy Apps from May 2013 to January 2015, contributing to the development of a tool designed to enhance workplace happiness. Raluca has also gained valuable experience as an Information & Decision Solutions Intern at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing a Business Continuity Plan and organizing educational events. Raluca's leadership experience includes serving as the President of the Local BEST Group Iasi from October 2009 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Economics in Project Management from Al. I. Cuza University Iasi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi.
