Constantin Voll, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Director of R&D and Manufacturing at Thintronics® since May 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing of high-performance insulators for AI datacenter, networking, and RF/millimeter-wave applications. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Optical Materials Researcher at Google from 2022 to 2024, focusing on materials and process development for AR/VR hardware engineering R&D, and as a Senior Research Scientist at 3M from 2019 to 2022, contributing to R&D in the Polymer Science Cluster. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2015-2019) and a Master of Chemistry from the University of York (2011-2015).
