Third Bridge
Ashley Nicholas is the HR Systems Lead at Third Bridge. Ashley has over two years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors. Ashley has experience with both monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as well as configuring, implementing, and managing projects within SuccessFactors. Ashley is also responsible for investigating and resolving data issues within the HRIS system. Prior to their current position, Ashley worked as an HRIS Analyst at Inmarsat for two years.
Ashley Nicholas has a BA Hons in Politics from the University of Essex and a Certification from APMG International in AgilePM Practitioner. Ashley also has a Certification from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in ILM Management Diploma (Level 3).
Ashley Nicholas reports to Philip Vincent, Global Head of HR, Business Partnering. They work with Camilla Maxey - HR Specialist, Susan Chu - Global Head of Total Rewards, and Paul Ponce - HR Consulting Specialist.
