Debbie Hand possesses extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving in multiple roles within Risk Management Operations at Third Federal since March 2008, including Escrow Operations Manager, Internet Services Manager, and Collections Manager. Prior to this, Debbie Hand held the position of Branch Team Manager at Countrywide Home Loans from March 2007 to March 2008 and served as Vice President of Operations at DeepGreen Financial from February 2001 to February 2007. Debbie Hand earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Kent State University Graduate School of Management between 1996 and 1999.
