Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Third Plateau, Cait leads marketing and brand strategy to expand the firm's services and reach with nonprofit and philanthropic leaders. Prior to this role, Cait held positions such as Director of Communications at The Redford Center and Director of Public Affairs at the California Arts Council. With a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Mass Communications and Theater Arts from Towson University, Cait has proven herself as a valuable asset in driving meaningful social change and advancing organizational missions.
