Chris leads the recruiting team and executes strategy for efforts in attracting the top people in the industry to Third Rock and its companies. He is driven by the impact we’re able to have on patients and enjoys being able to be part of the teams that conceptualize grow our companies. Chris is excited about the future of the biotech industry because of the potential that comes from the information that Third Rock will learn from the intersection of data science and biology in the coming years.

Looking to the future of Third Rock, he is excited to welcome the newest partners to the team and thrilled to watch them grow into the highest performing venture team in the industry. Chris is proud to have served as a United States Marine, and his greatest accomplishment is being a dad.
