Jeff Kelley currently serves as the IT & Facilities Director at Thistle Farms, a position held since October 2020, and also previously held the role of Information Technology Manager. Prior experience includes IT Operations Manager/Help Desk Manager for IT Infrastructure Services at NASBA from March 2009 to December 2018, where certification in ITIL Foundations was obtained and expertise as a Certified Digium Switchvox Administrator was developed. Jeff Kelley played a key role in the sale and separation of Professional Credential Services, Inc. from NASBA and facilitated the establishment of a new call center in Guam. Earlier experience at NASBA from 2007 to 2009 involved supervising a customer service team and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes. Educational background includes studies at Middle Tennessee State University.
