Melanie Reitz has extensive experience in development and public relations, currently serving at Thistle Farms since September 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at John Ryan International, where Melanie worked on digital marketing system installations in bank branches. Additionally, Melanie served as an Assistant for Justice for Women with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as a Lutheran Volunteer Corps member, focusing on research and communication. Previous positions also include Department Assistant in the Luther College Religion Department and Workshop Coordinator for Church Youth Fest at Luther College Ministries. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Music from Luther College.

GLOBAL SHARED TRADE A commerce platform that connects survivor artisans from around the world and provides over 50% of profits back to the artisan group for community development, women empowerment, healing, and education.
