Chelsea May is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience & Operations Manager at ThisWay Global since September 2022, Chelsea has previously held roles at Accenture as an Operational Specialist and at Apple as both a Customer Relations Specialist and Applecare Senior Technical Advisor. Chelsea began a career in retail with leadership roles at Lucky Brand and BCBGMAXAZRIA, gaining valuable skills in team management, customer service, and operations.
