Carrie Rosen

Carrie Rosen is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Jefferson Health since April 2022. Previously, Rosen held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Aramark from January 2015 to April 2022, offering legal advice on various employment law matters. From 2000 to 2014, Rosen worked as a Partner at Cozen O’Connor, focusing on labor and employment issues, including discrimination claims and workplace policy guidance. Additionally, Rosen has been involved with the Support Center for Child Advocates since 2002 as a Board Member and Volunteer Child Advocate Attorney, advocating for children in the Philadelphia foster care system and co-chairing the HR Committee from 2017 to 2023. Rosen earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
