Cathy Dennis

Cathy Dennis, CHPC, has extensive experience in healthcare compliance and administration, currently serving as the Privacy Officer for the East Region at Jefferson Health since January 2003. Previously, Cathy held the position of Privacy Compliance Manager at Kennedy Health Systems, overseeing HIPAA Privacy Compliance for Kennedy University Hospitals from August 2010 to August 2017. From June 2003 to August 2010, Cathy worked as a Senior Administrative Manager, managing the daily operations of the office of the Chief Medical Officer and supporting medical staff functions. Earlier experience includes roles as Emergency Residency Program Coordinator and Cardiac Catheterization Lab Coordinator at Kennedy Health System. Cathy holds a Masters Certification in Healthcare Compliance from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University, and additional studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
