Heather Rose

Heather Rose, Ph.D., J.D. serves as Vice President of Technology Licensing and Start-ups at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, overseeing a team focused on the translational development of large projects and intellectual property strategies. Rose is also a Peer Reviewer for the Department of Defense's Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program, evaluating grants with an emphasis on transition plans and regulatory strategies. Additionally, Rose leads Biostrategy Partners as President, fostering collaborations between academic and industry sectors, while previously serving as Technology Licensing Manager at Drexel University and as a legal intern at GlaxoSmithKline. Rose holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
