Megan Harris

Megan Harris, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where responsibilities include the development and facilitation of talent reviews, leadership development seminars, and incentive strategies for employee engagement. Previously, at American Water, Megan functioned as a Talent Development Specialist, overseeing talent development programs and continuous performance management systems. Additional experience includes roles at BAYADA Home Health Care, where project management and talent selection processes were key focuses, as well as earlier internship experience with the Committee of Seventy. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media and Communications from Albright College and an MBA in HR Management from Wilmington University.
