Karen Walsh

Karen Walsh currently serves as a Research Assistant Professor at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research and as the System Director for Clinical Analytics and Performance Improvement at Main Line Health. With a robust background in data science and analytics, Karen oversees various teams focused on improving patient care through advanced data strategies. Previous roles include Adjunct Teaching Assistant Professor and Program Director for the Master of Science in Health Data Science at Thomas Jefferson University, as well as leadership positions at CVS Health, UnitedHealth Group, and Independence Blue Cross, where Karen directed teams to enhance healthcare services and drive significant health quality improvements. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Health Science from the University of Indianapolis, a Master’s in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College.
