Maribeth Kradel-Weitzel serves as the Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs and Founding Director of the Creativity Core Curriculum at Thomas Jefferson University, where responsibilities include directing the MS Health Communication Design program and teaching as an Associate Professor for Graphic Design Communication. Maribeth has extensive experience in design education, having coordinated the Integrative Design Process course for nearly a decade. Additionally, Maribeth is a member of the AIGA National Board of Directors, influencing the strategic direction of the largest professional association of designers globally. As the Principal of Kradel Design, Maribeth showcases a portfolio of work and previously held leadership roles within AIGA Philadelphia, including Chapter President. Maribeth holds an MFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Tyler School of Art and a BA in Graphic Design from Penn State University, complemented by a Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders Certificate from Yale School of Management.
