David Simms

David Simms is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level operational and managerial roles within prestigious restaurant groups. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations and Development at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since January 2023, David has previously held positions such as Chef Director at Annabel’s and Culinary Director at RA Group. With a strong foundation built through roles including Chef/Managing Director at both Corrigan Collection and Simon Rogan Restaurants, David has overseen renowned establishments such as L'Enclume and Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill. Additional experience includes directorial and executive chef positions at Kendall & Simms, Restaurant Associates, and Alison Price & Company, as well as early training as Chef de Partie at Le Gavroche and Roux Fine Dining.
