Anthony Anderson

Anthony (Tony) Anderson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP since April 2001. In this role, Tony has provided legal guidance to major transit systems across the nation, specializing in project development, proposal reviews, bid protests, contract negotiations, labor protection, transportation project finance, and contract dispute resolution. Additionally, Tony advises clients on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Prior to this position, Tony was a Partner at Eckert Seamans from January 1989 to March 2001 and served as an Attorney/Advisor at the Federal Transit Administration from 1980 to 1984. Tony holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
