Joshua Mogin

Joshua Mogin is a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP, having joined the firm in January 2022. In this role, Joshua represents a diverse range of clients, including institutional lenders, financial institutions, developers, and property owners, specializing in areas such as financing, securitization, and distressed real estate transactions. Previously, Joshua served as a Partner at Raines Feldman LLP from March 2013 to January 2022. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and both a Master of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Stanford University, with degrees in Communication and Media Studies and History, respectively.
