Katie Clark

Katie Clark is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly involving troubled and insolvent businesses. Currently serving as a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP since February 2020, Katie represents a diverse range of clients, including companies, fiduciaries, lenders, and creditors, in various federal and state court proceedings related to reorganization and liquidation. Prior to this role, Katie held a Partner position at Hedrick Kring PLLC and at Thompson & Knight LLP, where tenure lasted from August 2004 to 2019. Katie began the legal career as a Summer Legal Intern at Carrington Coleman in 2004. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Austin College.
