MacKenzie Wallace

Mackenzie Wallace is a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP, where since January 2021, representation includes hospitals and healthcare providers in coverage and reimbursement disputes, fraud, civil RICO claims, and litigation related to the Texas Prompt Pay Act, qui tam, and the False Claims Act. Additionally, Mackenzie advises corporations and directors on matters such as shareholder and securities litigation, corporate rights, director and officer litigation, merger litigation, and white-collar criminal litigation. Previously, Mackenzie served as a Partner and Associate at Thompson & Knight LLP from September 2011 to January 2021. Mackenzie holds a J.D., cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law and both an M.A. in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in Accounting from Baylor University.
