Thomas Sean McGowan is a highly experienced attorney specializing in transportation and international commerce regulatory law, currently serving as a partner at Thompson Coburn LLP since May 2003, where Thomas Sean co-chairs the firm’s unmanned aircraft systems practice. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Dombroff & Gilmore, P.C., focused on aviation product liability and insurance defense from 2000 to 2003, and at Rodriguez O’Donnell Fuerst Gonzalez & Williams, addressing transportation regulation in the maritime industry from 1999 to 2000.
