Bruce van Malkenhorst

Bruce Van Malkenhorst, Jr. serves as the General Counsel and Head of Human Resources at Thompson Pipe Group since August 2017, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and strategic development. Prior to this, Bruce held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Abengoa, overseeing legal matters for a significant solar power project. Bruce also operated as Outside General Counsel, providing legal services to small and midsized companies, and previously worked as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Vernon, managing legal issues related to dispute resolution and negotiations. Bruce holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Woodbury University.
