Bhagwan Dass has extensive experience in IT administration and management, with current roles as Lead Administrator - ITSM at Wipro and Consultant Incident Management at Capgemini, both since 2021. Bhagwan has been with Thomson Reuters Int Pvt. Ltd. since 2009, serving as Deputy Shift Operations Manager, where responsibilities include managing staff and resources for the delivery of global IDN services and overseeing a mixed operating system environment as a Senior System Engineer. Previous experience includes positions at Metropolitan Media Company Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager IT and at The Indian Express Newspapers as System Engineer. Bhagwan holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic.
