Jason Williams

Jason Williams has extensive experience in human resources and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Go to Market, Reuters, and Reward at Thomson Reuters since 2018. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent & Compensation at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from July 2008 to October 2018. Prior roles include Managing Principal at Organizational Concepts International (2002-2008), Director of Compensation at Strong Asset Management (2001-2002), and Executive Compensation Consultant at Securian Financial Group (1998-2001). Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Saint John's University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
