Dennis Carpenter is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in various administrative roles across multiple school districts and consulting firms. Currently, Dennis serves as a Senior Advisor and General Manager of Education at ThoughtExchange, contributing to initiatives focused on equity and anti-racism in K12 education. Prior to this, Dennis was President and CEO of Aspirational Insights Consulting LLC. Dennis held superintendent positions at Lee's Summit R-7 School District and Hickman Mills School District, and served as Deputy Superintendent in Newton County Schools. Dennis began the career as Assistant Superintendent at Appling County Schools. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Augusta State University.
