Jenna Mullady has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Jenna began their career at The Clearing as an Analyst in 2012. In 2014, they worked at Meriplex Communications as a Marketing and Business Services Support. Also in 2014, they began working at Value Global, LLC. as a Marketing and Business Development Manager, and later as Director of Marketing & Client Engagement. Since 2019, they have been working at ThoughtTrace as a Sr. Implementation Manager and Director, Customer Success Management.

Jenna Mullady attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2007 to 2008 and then transferred to the University of Virginia, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General in 2011. Jenna also holds a 200 RYT Yoga Instructor certification.
