Christine McKillip

Christine McKillip is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate governance, investment management, and securities law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at ThoughtWorks since May 2021, Christine played a key role in the company's preparation for an initial public offering and the development of new corporate policies and governance structures. Prior to this, Christine advised the Investment division at Willis Towers Watson and structured mergers for financial products at Chapman and Cutler LLP. Christine began legal career at HANDLER THAYER, LLP and Piccione, Keeley & Associates, focusing on capital markets, venture capital, and corporate transactions. Christine holds an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
