Erin joined ThoughtWorks in 2004 when the company was 800 people and incorporated in 4 countries. In Erin's role as Global Controller, she was based in Chicago and had the chance to work with ThoughtWorks' finance teams around the world. In 2011, she moved to London and worked closely with the European business as Head of Finance and Operations for UK and Germany. Erin took on the CFO role in January 2014 and has been enjoying every minute of it.
