Mario Iannuzzi is a Lead UX Design Researcher at Thoughtworks, with extensive experience in user research and design across various industries. Since March 2021, Iannuzzi has driven significant project revenue and contract success by leading user research for clients in education, media, automotive, and aviation sectors. Previous roles include Senior UX Design Researcher at Connected, Senior User Experience Design Researcher at TD, and Senior Market Segment Manager at Scotiabank.
