Marta Saft Valli

Marta Saft Valli serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering LATAM and Managing Director at Thoughtworks, where responsibilities include acting as General Counsel for Thoughtworks Brazil and participating as a member of the Global Legal Team and the Brazilian Leadership Team. Prior to this, Marta held the position of Head of Recruiting at Veirano Advogados, specializing in Corporate Law. Marta's educational background includes an Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, multiple Executive Education certificates in Innovation and Strategy from MIT Sloan, an MBA focusing on Management and Business Law from FGV, a Post Graduate degree in Civil and Corporate Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Unisinos.
