Matthias Emser

Matthias Emser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Global Account Director for Mercedes-Benz & Daimler Truck and Client Principal at ThoughtWorks since October 2020, Emser has previously held significant roles at T-Systems International GmbH, including Chapter Lead Global Solution Sales Germany & Horizontals and Innovation Manager Automotive. Prior to that, Emser was with Capgemini as Head of Segment Postal Industries and Head of Automotive Supplier, and spent a decade as COO at Eskape Identifikationstechnik AG, specializing in mobile warehouse management and logistics optimization. Emser began a career in software engineering at Emser, focusing on logistics and IT projects, after earning a Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Universität des Saarlandes.
