Phil Thornley

Phil Thornley is a Lead Product & Design Consultant at Thoughtworks, specializing in product, service design, and user research since May 2015. With extensive experience in digital transformation across various sectors, including healthcare and finance, Phil has played pivotal roles in projects such as the NHS Patient Record Migration Programme and the transformation initiatives at Direct Line Group. Notable achievements include leading efforts to reduce failure rates in patient record transfers and implementing user-centered design practices in large change programs. Phil holds a BA Honours degree in Film and Television Studies from Aberystwyth University.
