Aurélie Boursier, PMP®, currently serves as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Thrasio, where responsibilities include defining the business playbook for international launches and developing go-to-market strategies for an extensive portfolio of brands. With experience spanning roles such as Senior Manager for Strategy & Operations in International markets and International Launch Expansion Project Manager, Aurélie has contributed to the successful assessment and launch of over 80 brands across various international markets. Previous roles include Regional Trade Merchandiser at Al-Futtaim, Business Strategy Consultant at The Kontainer, and Project Manager at Group LPL, where Aurélie managed business incubator services for French companies.
