Joseph Rivela

Joseph Rivela serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at ThreatConnect. Prior to this role, Joseph co-founded Polarity, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Strategy Officer until the company's acquisition by ThreatConnect. Joseph also held the position of Director in Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing, and Digital Forensic and Incident Response (DFIR) at Protiviti. Earlier in Joseph's career, investigative and paralegal experience was gained at the New York State Attorney General's Office - Internet Bureau.
