Rick Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rick began their career at American Greetings as a National Account Manager in Operations from 2001 to 2003. Rick then moved on to Libbey Inc. where they worked as a Walmart/Sam's National Account Manager from 2003 to 2007, doubling sales in multiple departments through collaboration and product development. From 2007 to 2016, Rick held different National Account Manager positions at Rich Products Corporation, leading cross-functional teams and executing strategic business plans to drive sales growth. In 2016, they joined Acosta as a Senior Director, leading a national team focused on increasing execution and improving the in-club experience in the Prepared Foods/Deli category. Rick then worked as an Account Manager and Lead Consultant at J2R Consulting from 2018 to 2019, helping clients navigate the complexities of retail at Walmart and Sam's Club. Currently, Rick is the Director of Business Development at Three Dog Bakery, LLC, where they are responsible for developing new business opportunities.
Rick Johnson attended Western Kentucky University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
