Jeffrey (Jeff) Harrison has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Public Market Director at Three Notch Group since November 2013, where responsibilities include consulting, design, and construction management of utility and municipal projects in Alabama. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions at Southeastern Tank, Inc. as Territorial Manager for Alabama and Georgia, and Director of Engineering and Product Development, and was a Partner and Project Manager at Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. Jeffrey began their career as an Engineer-In-Training at Volkert, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University, earned in 1992.
