Mary Medina is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership and training. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Residential Services at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities since June 2018, Mary oversees independent living and RCAC operations. Previously, Mary held the position of Clinical Director at Badger Hospice, LLC, where responsibilities included managing clinical staff and assisting with the opening of a home hospice agency. Mary’s earlier experience at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare encompassed roles as Director of Nursing, Staff Nurse, and Medical Clinical Nurse Specialist, focusing on nursing management and patient care in a long-term rehabilitation setting. Mary holds a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Alverno College.
