In addition, Jan-Eric is a Partner at Flowerdale Group Ltd. and a Director at The Silvercrest Foundation, which supports disadvantaged youth and environmental conservation. Previous experience includes Managing Director of Operations at Hermes-OTTO Intl. Ltd. from 2007 to 2009, Division Manager at Otto Group, and Senior Project Manager at Oliver Wyman from 2000 to 2006. Jan-Eric holds a Master of Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
